Evaporative Technology
Evaporative cooling is a natural and energy-efficient process that takes advantage of water’s ability to absorb heat as it evaporates. When hot air comes into contact with a surface or material containing water, the water molecules absorb heat from the air, transforming from a liquid to a vapor state. As a result, the surrounding air cools down, creating a refreshing and comfortable sensation. As demonstrated in the video below, PVA cools the surface temperature of the skin by up to 30 degrees F (17 degrees C) under optimal environmental conditions
